Why a Dual Protein Blend Beats Straight Whey

Most proteins pick one source and live with its limitations. PRO75 uses two, deliberately:

• Whey Protein Concentrate digests fast. Amino acids hit the bloodstream quickly, which is what you want in the window straight after training when muscle protein synthesis is most responsive.

Directions

One serve is 32g. PRO75 is instantised, so it mixes without a blender.

• Shaken: 32g with 200–250ml of water or milk, shake 10–20 seconds.
• Stirred: Add to a glass with 200–250ml liquid and stir vigorously — no shaker needed.
• Blended: Blend 10–20 seconds with ice for a thicker shake.
