L-Glutamine is an important building block in forming the proteins that repair damaged muscles making this vital amino acid essential for muscle growth.

When musculature is under pressure from intense training or stress, the body can’t manufacture enough L-Glutamine to address immediate requirements. As a result, the L-Glutamine stores you need for muscle growth are depleted dramatically, meaning strength, stamina, and the body’s ability to recover efficiently and effectively is severely impaired. The body uses Glucosamine to build and repair cartilage. Cartilage is a flexible, tough, rubbery connective tissue that protects the bones in the joints. It provides padding and prevents the bones from rubbing together.

SUGGESTED USAGE

Ideally taken 30-60 minutes before your workout, or immediately post activity. Take a shake to work for a snack, or try a serve sprinkled over your breakfast cereal for a high protein start to your day!

Consume approximately 1 to 1.5g of protein per kg of body weight through a combination of high protein natural foods and quality protein supplements like RAISEYS PRO75. For best results, consume your daily protein requirement evenly throughout the day. Take up to 3 serves daily.

Shipping
We deliver your parcel within 2–3 working days. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to find out where your package is.

Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days. All you have to do is fill out the return slip that you received in your package and stick the prepaid label on the package. Please note that it can take 2 weeks for us to process your return. We will do our best to complete this process as soon as possible.
