Why a Dual Protein Blend Beats Straight Whey

Most proteins pick one source and live with its limitations. PRO75 uses two, deliberately:

Directions

One serve is 32g. PRO75 is instantised, so it mixes without a blender.

• Shaken: 32g with 200–250ml of water or milk, shake 10–20 seconds.
• Stirred: Add to a glass with 200–250ml liquid and stir vigorously — no shaker needed.
• Blended: Blend 10–20 seconds with ice for a thicker shake.

Take 30–60 minutes before training or immediately after. Up to 3 serves daily. Aim for roughly 1–1.5g of protein per kg of bodyweight per day across food and supplements, spread evenly rather than loaded into one meal.
