Why Two Formulas Instead of One

Burn Caps and Burn Elite share the same 1,000mg five-type collagen base but approach the thermogenic side completely differently.

Burn Caps runs a broad stack: 400mg standardised green tea extract, cayenne, INNOBIO® CLA, raspberry ketone, garcinia and BioPerine®, plus high-dose biotin, B12 and chromium. 120mg caffeine across four capsules.

Burn Elite runs a focused stack: patented GreenSelect Phytosome® green tea with enhanced catechin absorption, coconut MCTs, and naturally sourced caffeine at around 119mg. Two capsules.

How to Run It

Obvi's protocol splits by activity level:

• Non-active days: 2 Burn capsules in the morning with breakfast and 2 in the afternoon with lunch. Maximum 4 per day.
• Active days: 1 Burn Elite capsule in the morning with breakfast and 1 in the afternoon with lunch.

Never take Burn Caps and Burn Elite on the same day. Each is a complete daily serve on its own — combining them doubles the caffeine and overlaps the collagen and green tea content.

Take both with food. Drink plenty of water; green tea is a natural diuretic. Keep the last capsule of the day at lunch so the caffeine is clear well before bed.

How long does the bundle last?

Roughly two months if you alternate — each bottle holds 30 serves, and you're only using one per day.

Can I just take one and save the other for later?

Yes. Nothing stops you finishing one bottle before starting the other. The alternating protocol is Obvi's recommendation, not a requirement.

Which is stronger?

Neither, really. Burn Caps has more ingredients; Elite has better-absorbed ones. The caffeine content is almost identical at around 120mg per serve each.

Can I take these with a pre-workout?

Mind your total caffeine. A Burn serve plus Obvi Pre Workout at 200mg puts you past 300mg for the day. Space them well apart or skip the Burn serve on heavy training days.
