Directions

Take 4 capsules daily — 2 in the morning with breakfast and 2 in the afternoon with lunch, with food or after eating. New to thermogenics? Start at 2 capsules daily for the first week and assess tolerance before moving to the full serve.

Take the last serve at lunch. The caffeine is moderate but it's still caffeine. Drink plenty of water — green tea is a natural diuretic.
