Veda Now Creatine Monohydrate Gummies

Veda Now Creatine Gummies — 3,000mg Per Gummy, Sugar Free, No Mixing

Creatine monohydrate in gummy form. Each gummy carries 3,000mg, so one to two daily puts you in the effective 3–6g range with no powder, no shaker and no grit at the bottom of the glass. Sugar free, 60 gummies. In stock at TopDog Nutrition.

The Problem These Solve

Creatine works on daily consistency. Full muscle saturation takes around four weeks of taking it every single day, rest days included, and the benefit fades once you stop.

Which makes adherence the entire game. Creatine powder is the cheapest supplement in the shop and also the one most likely to end up half-used at the back of a cupboard, because it needs a drink, a scoop and somewhere to mix it, and it settles into grit.

Gummies remove every one of those barriers. They live in a bag or a desk drawer and get taken on the days a powder wouldn't.

The honest trade-off: gummies cost more per gram than powder. If you'll reliably take powder daily, take powder. If you've bought creatine before and not finished the tub, this is worth the premium.

How Creatine Works

Your muscles store creatine as creatine phosphate. During maximal effort — a heavy set, a sprint, anything explosive lasting a few seconds — you burn ATP faster than aerobic metabolism can replace it. Creatine phosphate donates a phosphate group to ADP, regenerating ATP almost instantly and extending the window before you fail.

More stored creatine phosphate means more quality reps, and across months that compounds into real strength and size. It's the most researched supplement in sports nutrition and the mechanism is settled.

Creatine also draws water into muscle cells, supporting cell volumisation and muscle fullness.

Getting the Dose Right

The effective daily maintenance dose for creatine is 3–5g. At 3,000mg per gummy:

• One gummy daily gives you 3g, which reaches full saturation over roughly four to six weeks.
• Two gummies daily gives you 6g, slightly above the standard maintenance dose and closer to the typical 5g scoop.

Either works. What matters far more is taking them every day, rest days included, because creatine works through accumulated saturation rather than acute dosing.

Directions

Take 1–2 gummies daily, pre or post-workout or any time that suits. Take them on rest days too — this is the single most common mistake with creatine.

Drink plenty of water, since creatine increases intramuscular water and raises your fluid needs slightly.

Storage

Keep the jar sealed and store somewhere cool and dry. Gummies soften and stick together in heat, so don't leave them in a hot car or a gym bag in summer.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are gummies as effective as powder?

Same creatine monohydrate, same mechanism. The only differences are cost per gram and convenience.

Do I need to load?

No. Daily dosing reaches full saturation in about four weeks. Loading gets there faster but ends in the same place, and loading with gummies means a lot of gummies.

Will they make me look bloated?

Creatine increases water inside muscle cells, not under the skin. The visible effect is fuller muscles. A 1–2kg scale rise early on is intramuscular water, not fat.

Can women take creatine?

Yes. The research supports creatine for women across strength, power and recovery, at the same dose.

How long does a jar last?

60 gummies: 60 days at one a day, 30 at two.
