Stack or Solo?
Ghost Pump V2 was built for both. Use it solo for a clean, stim-free training session — ideal for evening training, recovery days or anyone avoiding caffeine. Stack it alongside Legend V4 in the same shaker for the energy-plus-pump combination that gives you the most complete pre workout experience in the Ghost range.
Directions
Mix one scoop with 240–300ml of cold water 20 minutes before training. Can be combined with Legend V4 in the same drink — shake together and go.

Why is it only available in Natty (unflavoured)?
Because Pump V2 is primarily designed as a stacking product — unflavoured means it won't clash with whatever pre workout or flavoured drink it's being added to. It disappears into your Legend V4 or any other drink without changing the taste.
40 serves seems like a lot — why?
Because stim-free pump products are designed for daily or near-daily use — there's no reason to cycle off or take breaks. 40 serves at that cadence is just over a month's supply, which is the right amount for a committed daily routine.
