Legend or Pump?
Legend V4 contains stimulants — it's your high-energy, full-experience pre workout. Ghost Pump V2 is the stimulant-free pump specialist, perfect for late sessions, stacking under Legend, or anyone avoiding caffeine. Stack both for a session where you want maximum energy and maximum pump simultaneously.
Directions
Mix one scoop with 240–300ml of cold water 15–30 minutes before training. New to Legend? Start with half a scoop to assess tolerance. Avoid within 6 hours of sleep.
