TopDog charges a flat rate of $3.95 for shipping on all orders under $50. If your order equals more than $5 shipping is FREE. Additional charges on all orders apply for Rural or Signature Deliveries.

DIRECTIONS
USE - 60-90 minutes prior to exercise and within 30 minutes after exercise.
HOW - Add 30g (approx.1 level scoop) to 350mL of water. Shake or blend until mixed and serve. May also be added to other beverage or foods to increase protein content. For a low carb drink, mix with water.
 
Consume up to 3 serves daily.

Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days. All you have to do is fill out the return slip that you received in your package and stick the prepaid label on the package. Please note that it can take 2 weeks for us to process your return. We will do our best to complete this process as soon as possible.
