DIRECTIONS 
On training days consume 1 serving during your workout to help enhance muscle performance, strength and endurance or immediately after to refuel, rehydrate and rebuild faster. On non-training days mix 1 scoop into 10-16 oz of cold water and drink anytime. For best results use daily.
