Shipping & Delivery
TopDog charges a flat rate of $3.95 for shipping on all orders under $50. If your order equals more than $5 shipping is FREE. Additional charges on all orders apply for Rural or Signature Deliveries.
RURAL: $3.80 surcharge applies Alternatively you could send to a town or workplace that is not a rural delivery address.

DIRECTIONS

During high intensity training, you can take an additional serving before training.
The dosage can vary between 2–7 capsules a day, depending on the intensity of training.
Capsules can be taken either at bedtime or divided between before training and bedtime.
Adhere to a 5-days-on, 2days-off regime for a period of eight weeks.
Take a two-week break thereafter.

Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days. All you have to do is fill out the return slip that you received in your package and stick the prepaid label on the package. Please note that it can take 2 weeks for us to process your return. We will do our best to complete this process as soon as possible.
