DIRECTIONS
For Best Results: Take early morning and before or after training. Creatine Loading: For the first 5 days of use, mix (1) scoop 4 to 5 times daily with water, fruit juice or your favorite beverage to saturate your muscles with creatine.
Creatine Level Maintenance: (5 Grams per Day) After 5 consecutive days of loading, mix (1) scoop 1 to 2 times daily with water, fruit juice or your favorite beverage. TIP: This can be taken before training, with a meal or directly after training with your post workout protein shake to enhance effectiveness.

If we are unable to dispatch your order within this time frame we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date. We will provide you with email confirmation of dispatch within 3 working days of dispatch.
