USN Beast Protein

USN Beast Protein 800g — Protein, Carbs and Creatine in One Formula

Beast Protein is an all-in-one muscle-building formula rather than a straight protein. A multi-stage protein blend combined with fast-digesting carbohydrates, creatine monohydrate, taurine, glycine and added amino acid support — built for people who want their post-workout shake to do more than one job. 800g. In stock at TopDog Nutrition.

Why Carbs Belong in a Post-Workout Shake

Training depletes muscle glycogen, the stored carbohydrate your muscles run on during hard work. Replacing it is half of recovery, and a protein-only shake does nothing for it.

There's a second mechanism worth knowing about. Fast-digesting carbohydrate raises insulin, and insulin drives amino acid uptake into muscle cells. Pairing carbs with protein means more of that protein actually gets where you want it, rather than simply arriving in the bloodstream.

That's why Beast Protein combines the two rather than leaving you to eat a banana alongside your shake.

Creatine Monohydrate Built In

Creatine is the most researched performance supplement in sports nutrition. Your muscles store it as creatine phosphate, which rapidly regenerates ATP during maximal effort, extending the window before you fail.

Including it in the post-workout shake solves an adherence problem. Creatine works through daily muscle saturation, and the most common reason people get nothing from it is forgetting to take it. If a shake is already part of your routine, the creatine goes with it.

One caveat: creatine needs to be taken every day, rest days included. If you only drink Beast Protein on training days, you'll want a separate creatine for the days in between.

Taurine and Glycine

Taurine is an osmolyte, helping regulate fluid balance across cell membranes. That's the mechanism behind cell volumisation, and it works alongside creatine, which draws water into muscle cells by a different route. Taurine also plays a role in transporting calcium, magnesium and potassium in and out of cells, the electrolytes muscle contraction depends on.

Glycine is the most abundant amino acid in collagen and a building block for creatine synthesis in the body. It's also involved in the production of glutathione, one of the body's primary antioxidants.

Who It's For

Anyone in a building phase who wants recovery nutrition handled in one shake rather than four products. It's the wrong choice if you're cutting, since the added carbohydrate is calories you'd rather spend on food. For that, a lean protein like Diet Fuel Ultralean makes more sense.

Directions

Mix one serve with cold water or milk as directed on the label. Best taken immediately after training, when glycogen replenishment and amino acid uptake are both most responsive.

Allergens

Contains milk. Check the label for flavour-specific allergen information.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I still need separate creatine?

On training days, the shake covers it. On rest days you'd need another source, because creatine works through daily saturation rather than acute dosing.

Is it suitable for cutting?

Not really. The added carbohydrate is there to drive recovery and glycogen replenishment in a building phase. If you're in a deficit, a lean protein with minimal carbs is the better fit.

Can I use it as a mass gainer?

It sits between a protein and a gainer. For serious calorie surplus, Hyperbolic Mass gH delivers far more per serve.

How many serves in 800g?

Check the label for the exact count in your flavour.
