What the Window Actually Solves

An opaque shaker means guessing. That's fine for a protein shake where 50ml either way makes no difference, and it's genuinely annoying for anything where concentration matters.

Pre-workouts are the obvious case. A high-dose formula mixed into too little water is unpleasantly strong and harder on the stomach; too much and you're drinking for five minutes. Intra-workout electrolyte and amino drinks have the same issue — the ratio affects both taste and how well it sits.

How a Ball-Free Shaker Actually Works
