Shipping & Delivery
TopDog charges a flat rate of $3.95 for shipping on all orders under $50. If your order equals more than $5 shipping is FREE. Additional charges on all orders apply for Rural or Signature Deliveries.
RURAL: $3.80 surcharge applies Alternatively you could send to a town or workplace that is not a rural delivery address.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED: $2.00 surcharge applies

Take 2 capsules at any time of the day between meals. On training days, take 2 capsules 30 minutes before working out.
