DIRECTIONS
Add 1 serving (1 scoop) to 8-12oz (250-300mL) of water once a day.
Loading: Consume a large amount of creatine in a short period. Take 20 grams of creatine daily for 5-7 days as four 5-gram servings throughout the day.
Maintenance: Take one 5-gram serving daily. Lower doses of creatine taken once daily can be equally effective at maximizing your muscle creatine stores - though it may take longer.*
To maximize results, drink plenty of water daily.
