Directions
Mix one scoop of each with 400–500ml of cold water 20–30 minutes before training. Avoid Crixus PRE within 6 hours of sleep.

Is it too much to take both at once?
No — they're designed to be stacked. Crixus Pump is stimulant-free so it doesn't add to the caffeine load; it purely adds the nitric oxide and pump ingredients that Crixus PRE doesn't fully cover on its own.
