Pump or Bulge?
Both are stim-free pump products. Disorder Pump is the full-featured formula in 25-serve tubs. Disorder Bulge adds Creatine and Glycerol to the pump stack at a lower price point in 40 serves — the better-value option for daily pump use.
Directions
Mix one scoop with 300–400ml of cold water 20–30 minutes before training. Stack with Disorder Original by taking both at the same time — stim from one, pump from the other.
