2lb or 5lb?
If you know your flavour and use protein daily, the 5lb works out cheaper per scoop. The 2lb is ideal for trying something new or keeping a second flavour in rotation. Same quality either way.
Directions
Mix one scoop with 250–300ml of cold water or milk. Post-workout, at breakfast, or any time you need to hit your daily protein numbers.
