• L-Citrulline Malate 2:1 (3500mg) — the new formula has nearly doubled the citrulline versus the original Max Lift® formula. At 3500mg of the 2:1 malate form, this delivers meaningful nitric oxide support for vasodilation, improved blood flow to working muscle, and endurance through the Krebs cycle contribution of the malate component. The 2:1 form (two parts citrulline to one part malate) is the form used in the majority of the clinical research behind citrulline's performance reputation.
• Creapure® Creatine Monohydrate (3000mg) — German pharmaceutical-grade Creapure® at the full daily dose. ATP energy system support, strength, power output and lean muscle maintenance. The Endurance Plus pre-workout adds a significant carbohydrate load (30g per serve) for sustained endurance sessions — suitable for longer training but more calories than most strength training sessions need. Directions

What happened to Max Lift®?

Perform Plus is the direct evolution of Max Lift® — same stimulant-free concept, reformulated with nearly double the citrulline dose, new natural flavours, and a revised ingredient blend. The Max Lift® branding has been retired in favour of the Perform Plus name.

Is the beta-alanine tingle normal?

Yes — completely normal and harmless. It's a sensory nerve response to beta-alanine and typically fades within 20–30 minutes. It also diminishes with regular use as the body acclimates. If you find it uncomfortable, mixing the scoop into a larger volume of water (400–500ml) or splitting the serve into two half-scoops taken 20 minutes apart reduces the intensity significantly.

Can I take it in the evening?

Yes — this is one of the primary use cases for Perform Plus. Zero caffeine means no sleep disruption. All the performance benefits — citrulline, creatine, alpha GPC, electrolytes — are appropriate any time of day.

Does it contain creatine? Do I need to take separate creatine?

Yes — 3000mg of Creapure® creatine monohydrate per serve. That's a full daily maintenance dose. If you're also taking a separate creatine supplement, factor the combined total into your daily intake — 3–5g is the recommended daily range and there's limited benefit to exceeding it consistently.

Can I stack it with a caffeinated pre-workout?

Stacking is fine but unnecessary duplication — if you're already taking Perform Plus, adding a full caffeinated pre-workout doubles up on citrulline, beta-alanine and creatine. If you want caffeine alongside Perform Plus, a simple black coffee or caffeine tablet gives you the stimulant without the redundant aminos.
