Directions

Why does it say 150mg of magnesium if the total compound weights are much higher?

The compound weights (540mg orotate, 530mg bisglycinate, etc.) include the carrier molecule — orotic acid, glycine, threonate, citrate. The elemental magnesium content is the actual magnesium ion, which is a much smaller portion of the total compound weight. 150mg of elemental magnesium per serve is a meaningful therapeutic dose — the Australian NRV for magnesium is 320–420mg daily for adults, making 1–2 serves of MAGx4 a significant contribution.

Can I take it with GutRight® or other ATP Science products?
