Dynamine™ and TeaCrine® — What Makes Them Different

Both are purine alkaloids, structurally related to caffeine but behaving differently in the body. This is the core of what makes Yeah Buddy a non-crash formula.

TeaCrine® (theacrine) is the slower of the two. It supports energy, mood and focus without raising heart rate or blood pressure the way caffeine does, and — critically — research suggests it doesn't produce the tolerance build-up that caffeine does. You can use it consistently without needing to escalate the dose.

Dynamine™ (methylliberine) is the fast one. It's structurally similar to theacrine but acts more quickly, providing rapid onset energy and focus. Used together they cover both ends: Dynamine™ for the immediate lift, TeaCrine® for the sustained plateau.

Will I build tolerance?

Less quickly than with a high-caffeine formula. Research on theacrine suggests it doesn't produce the same tolerance escalation caffeine does, which is a meaningful advantage for anyone training four or five days a week.

Does it tingle?

Check the label for beta-alanine content. If it's present at a clinical dose, expect paraesthesia — harmless and temporary.

Can I take it on rest days?
