DIRECTIONS
Mix one scoop of HYDE® Nightmare with 320 mL of water. Consume 15-30 minutes prior to training or competition. Assess tolerance by taking ½ scoop the first time. Do not consume within 4 hours of bedtime. Do not take any other products that contain caffeine or stimulants while taking Hyde® Nightmare. Do not exceed 1 serving per day.
