Achilles Freak adds ingredients aimed at your natural testosterone levels — the hormonal backdrop that determines how you recover and adapt between sessions. One product covering the acute performance side and the longer-term hormonal side.

Whether you want that in one product depends on how you like to run a stack. It's efficient. It also means the testosterone-support ingredients are only dosed on training days, when hormonal support ideally runs daily.

What's In It

• Caffeine — 300mg — a serious dose, around three coffees. Enough for genuinely intense sessions, and firmly in high-stim territory. Not a beginner's dose.
• CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine — the patented, research-backed form. Beta-alanine raises intramuscular carnosine, buffering the hydrogen ions that cause the burn and force you to stop. The tingle is paraesthesia — harmless, temporary, and a sign of a working dose.

Where 300mg of Caffeine Sits

Most healthy adults tolerate up to about 400mg of caffeine daily across all sources. A full serve of Achilles Freak uses three quarters of that on its own.

Practical implications: don't drink much coffee on days you take it, don't stack it with another caffeinated product, and don't train late on it. Caffeine's half-life is 5–6 hours, so 300mg at 6pm still leaves around 150mg in your system at midnight. Sleep is where training adaptation happens — losing it costs more than the session gains.

Tolerance also builds fast at this dose. Used several times a week it'll stop feeling like much within a month. Better saved for the sessions that matter.

Directions

Mix as directed with cold water 20–30 minutes before training.

Start with half a serve. 300mg is high and there's no reason to find your ceiling on day one.

Don't exceed one serve in 24 hours, and don't take within 6–8 hours of bed. Not suitable if you're caffeine-sensitive, pregnant, breastfeeding or under 18.

Why do I get the tingles?

CarnoSyn® beta-alanine. Paraesthesia in the face, neck and hands is normal, appears around 15 minutes in, and fades within half an hour. It reduces with regular use.

Does the testosterone support actually work in a pre-workout?

Natural testosterone support builds over weeks of consistent daily dosing. In a pre-workout you take on training days only, the exposure is intermittent. Take it as a useful addition rather than a replacement for a dedicated formula like Test Freak if hormonal support is your main goal.

Can I use it every session?

You can, but tolerance builds fast at 300mg and you'll get less from it over time. Two or three times a week keeps it effective.

Does it contain creatine?

Check the label. If creatine is part of your programme, take it separately and daily — it works through saturation, not through acute dosing before a session.
