Hemp or Pea?
Hemp brings fibre and omegas that Pea Isolate doesn't — it's closer to a whole-food ingredient than a refined protein powder. Protein purity is lower (50% vs 80%+), so for hitting pure protein targets, pea or faba bean wins. For overall nutrition and whole-food eating, hemp earns its place.
