Energy + Amino or C4 Original?
C4 Original is the higher-stim pre workout (200mg synthetic caffeine) for hard training sessions. Energy + Amino is the lighter, more versatile option — lower caffeine, added aminos and hydration, suitable for non-training days, afternoon use or lighter sessions. If you want both, use C4 Original on heavy training days and Energy + Amino through the rest of the week.
Directions
Mix one scoop with 300–400ml of cold water. Drink before or during training, or any time you need clean energy and amino support without a full pre workout.
