Directions
How to Mix:
Add 30g (approx. 3 level scoops) to 200mL of cold water in a glass or shaker, and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.
When to Consume:

For Optimal Recovery: Consume within 30 minutes after exercising.

For Energy & Top-Up: Enjoy 60–90 minutes before exercise, or any time of the day as a protein and iron boost.
Maximum Dose: Enjoy a maximum of 2 serves per day.
Consume as part of a healthy, varied diet and with an appropriate physical training or exercise program. Iron RDI based on Adult Women 19–50 years.

RURAL $3.80 surcharge applies Alternatively you could send to a town or workplace that is not a rural delivery address.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED $2.00 surcharge applies
We will try to dispatch your order within 1 business day once we have confirmed that we have accepted your order and received all amounts payable for your order.
If we are unable to dispatch your order within this time frame we will contact you and advise you of the expected dispatch date. We will provide you with email confirmation of dispatch within 3 working days of dispatch.
Although we will endeavor to meet delivery time frames where possible, all delivery time frames are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss, expense, or other damage caused by any delay in delivery.
