Directions:

When:

Consume 60–90 minutes before exercise or within 30 minutes after exercising for optimal muscle recovery. Alternatively, enjoy it any time of the day as a protein and collagen top-up.

How:

Add 30g (approximately 3 level scoops) to 300–400ml of cold water in a glass or shaker. Mix until the powder is completely dissolved. Consume immediately.
