TopDog charges a flat rate of $3.95 for shipping on all orders under $40. If your order equals more than $40 shipping is FREE. Additional charges on all orders apply for Rural or Signature Deliveries.

DIRECTIONS
Mix: (1) scoop with 5-7 fl. oz. of cold water or milk and stir or shake well for 30 seconds.

DIRECTIONS
Mix: Mix 1-2 servings with 6-14oz water (or to taste) and shake well. Sip before and during your training session or sports activity. If you had a strenuous training session, take another serving immediately after training. If you want to increase your overall daily BCAA uptake, you can also add 1-2 servings of BCAA Amino+ to your regular water intake and enjoy throughout the day.

Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days. All you have to do is fill out the return slip that you received in your package and stick the prepaid label on the package. Please note that it can take 2 weeks for us to process your return. We will do our best to complete this process as soon as possible.
