Shipping & Delivery
TopDog charges a flat rate of $3.95 for shipping on all orders under $40. If your order equals more than $40 shipping is FREE. Additional charges on all orders apply for Rural or Signature Deliveries.
RURAL: $3.80 surcharge applies Alternatively you could send to a town or workplace that is not a rural delivery address.
SIGNATURE REQUIRED: $2.00 surcharge applies

PEScience TruCreatine+ Powder
TruCreatine+ Powder is our premium micronized creatine product, featuring micronized Creatine Monohydrate and elevATP®. This unflavored creatine mixes great with any of our fruit flavored products. Micronized creatine monohydrate is known for its improved ability to disperse in water as you're mixing it, and TruCreatine+ is third-party tested. No need to be overly creative with creatine...keep it simple and pure.
HOW CREATINE WORKS
When muscles are being used, their main energy source in the body is known as ATP (adenosine triphosphate). When the ATP is used up, it turns into ADP (adenosine diphosphate), and can no longer be used for energy.
Creatine is naturally produced in the body from amino acids. It stores high-energy phosphate (P) groups and can turn the useless ADP back into ATP, the primary energy source for working muscles.
Creatine can be found in some foods and is most prevalent in meat and fish. But you can get a controllable serving of creatine every day with TruCreatine.
DIRECTIONS
Take 1 scoop daily. Mix with water or any flavoured beverage. Consume daily, on both training and non-training days.

We deliver your parcel within 2–3 working days. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to find out where your package is.
Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days. All you have to do is fill out the return slip that you received in your package and stick the prepaid label on the package. Please note that it can take 2 weeks for us to process your return. We will do our best to complete this process as soon as possible.
