The difference is most meaningful in the post-workout window when your muscles are primed for nutrients.

Are the Dunkin' and Pebbles flavours officially licensed?

Yes — Dymatize holds official licensing agreements for both. These are authentic flavour collaborations, not approximations.

Is it suitable for lactose intolerance?

ISO 100 is filtered to remove excess lactose, so most people with mild sensitivity tolerate it well. Those with severe dairy intolerance should consider a plant-based alternative.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1513/5678/files/dymatize-iso-100-5lb-topdog-nutrition-9486454.png?v=1778196606
