TopDog charges a flat rate of $3.95 for shipping on all orders under $50. If your order equals more than $5 shipping is FREE. Additional charges on all orders apply for Rural or Signature Deliveries.
RURAL: $3.80 surcharge applies Alternatively you could send to a town or workplace that is not a rural delivery address.

BENEFITS
The combination of BCAAs make up over 1/3 of all skeletal muscle in the human body, and they have been shown to play an important role in protein synthesis, and thus muscle growth, repair* and other vital cellular and hormonal functions.
Leucine has been shown to, amongst other benefits, promote exercise performance and recovery, especially when taken at high dosages.
BCAA Amino+ has added L-Glutamine because it is the most abundant amino acid found in the human body and is arguably the most important in the process of building lean muscle and gaining strength.
DIRECTIONS
Mix: Mix 1-2 servings with 6-14oz water (or to taste) and shake well. Sip before and during your training session or sports activity. If you had a strenuous training session, take another serving immediately after training. If you want to increase your overall daily BCAA uptake, you can also add 1-2 servings of BCAA Amino+ to your regular water intake and enjoy throughout the day.

We deliver your parcel within 2–3 working days. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. This confirmation contains a tracking number that you can use to find out where your package is.
Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days. All you have to do is fill out the return slip that you received in your package and stick the prepaid label on the package. Please note that it can take 2 weeks for us to process your return. We will do our best to complete this process as soon as possible.
